Day 1: Islamabad ➝ Naran / Chilas
Begin your journey with a scenic drive through Kaghan Valley, stopping at Lulusar Lake and Babusar Top (if open), and enter Gilgit-Baltistan. Rest overnight in Naran or Chilas.
Day 2: Naran / Chilas ➝ Minapin (Nagar Valley)
Drive north along the Karakoram Highway with incredible views of Nanga Parbat and Rakaposhi. Reach the peaceful village of Minapin — your starting point for the trek.
Day 3: Minapin ➝ Hapakun Camp
Begin your trek through pine forests and highland meadows. After 3–4 hours of ascent, set up camp at Hapakun with views of the glacier.
Day 4: Hapakun ➝ Rakaposhi Base Camp ➝ Taghafari ➝ Hapakun
Trek to the legendary Rakaposhi Base Camp, cross icy moraines, and rest at Taghafari, a high meadow facing the immense Rakaposhi wall. Return to Hapakun by evening.
Day 5: Hapakun ➝ Minapin ➝ Hunza (Karimabad)
Descend back to Minapin and transfer to Hunza. Enjoy a relaxing evening with stunning views of Ultar Sar and Ladyfinger Peaks.
Day 6: Hunza City Tour
Explore Altit Fort, Baltit Fort, and the bustling Karimabad Bazaar. Optional sunset drive to Eagle’s Nest Viewpoint.
Day 7: Hunza ➝ Gojal Valley (Attabad, Passu, Hussaini)
Travel deeper into Upper Hunza. Stop at Attabad Lake, cross the Hussaini Bridge, and marvel at the Passu Glacier and Passu Cones.
Day 8: Hunza ➝ Naran / Besham ➝ Islamabad
Begin your return journey via Babusar Top or the Karakoram Highway, concluding your expedition in Islamabad with unforgettable memories.
